At Thirsty Squirrel, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unopened and unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, simply email our customer service team with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges for size or colour are available if stock permits once we’ve received the original item.
